Data sources

Every country page is built from CDC Travelers' Health destination pages and the CDC Yellow Book 2026 — the same resource used by travel medicine professionals worldwide. Required, recommended-for-most, and recommended-for-some tiers follow CDC's own classification.

Health alerts are fetched automatically from CDC, WHO, NaTHNaC, PHAC, Smartraveller (Australia), and ECDC RSS and Atom feeds every fortnight. Alerts older than 60 days are automatically retired.

How to use this site

  1. Search your destination. Enter any country to see vaccine recommendations split into three tiers: Required for entry, Recommended for most travellers, and Recommended for some depending on your itinerary.
  2. Enter your departure date. The departure tool on each country page calculates how many weeks you have and flags whether you can still complete multi-dose series.
  3. See your travel doctor. Book an appointment 4–6 weeks before departure. Your doctor will adapt the plan to your age, health history, medications, and exact itinerary.
  4. Print your checklist. Use the print button on any country page to generate a clean checklist to bring to your appointment.

Our update process

Country vaccine data

Reviewed quarterly against CDC Travelers' Health destination pages and Yellow Book updates. Each country page shows its last review date.

Health alerts

Automatically fetched every fortnight from CDC, WHO, NaTHNaC, PHAC, Smartraveller, and ECDC. Alerts are retained for 60 days then retired.

Clinic directory

Singapore and Malaysia clinic data is synced twice monthly from a curated data source. Prices and opening hours are best-effort and may not reflect same-day changes.

What this site is not

This is not medical advice. Vaccine decisions depend on your personal health history, pregnancy status, medications, immune status, and the specifics of your itinerary — things only a qualified travel health professional can weigh. Use this site to prepare informed questions for your travel doctor, not to replace their guidance.

We do not take commissions from clinics and do not sell advertising tied to health recommendations. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful; we don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
